Teal Maple Burl Paring Knife

8.25" paring knife with 4” satin finished blade. Blade width is crafted of high carbon 1095 steel and hardened to 60+ HRC. The handle is made from a teal dyed stabilized* maple burl. Pink and white G10 pins and a white G10 liner add brightness to this lovely handle. A perfect blade for all of your small kitchen tasks.

*Stabilized wood is wood that has been processed to improve its stability and durability by impregnating it with a resin or polymer. Dye is often introduced adding beautiful coloration to supplement the natural grain and patterns
