Redwood 11.25” Kitchen Utility

11.25” kitchen utility knife with6.75” satin finished blade. Blade is crafted of high carbon 1095 steel and hardened to 60+ HRC. Larger than a paring knife and a bit smaller than a chefs knife this blade can easily meet your kitchen needs. The handle is stabilized* redwood burl. The handle is complemented with a orange and red G10 pins and a red G10 liner.

*Stabilized wood is wood that has been processed to improve its stability and durability by impregnating it with a resin or polymer. Dye is often introduced adding beautiful coloration to supplement the natural grain and patterns.
