Rainbow Chefs Knife
12.5” chefs knife with 7.5” satin finished blade crafted of high carbon 52100 steel and hardened to 60+ HRC. The handle is made from stabilized* red and orange curly maple, yellow spalted maple, green curly mango, and blue tamarid with bright white G10 pins and liners. This blade will add a joyful rainbow of colors to any kitchen.
*Stabilized wood is wood that has been processed to improve its stability and durability by impregnating it with a resin or polymer. Dye is often introduced adding beautiful coloration to supplement the natural grain and patterns.
For best edge retention use with a wooden, bamboo, or plastic cutting board. (Do not use on glass, ceramic, or stone surfaces). Use a kitchen steel for daily edge maintenance. Take care of your blade and it will serve you well for life.
