Purple Linen Micarta Paring Knife

7.75” chefs knife with 4” satin finished blade. Blade is crafted of high carbon 1095 steel and hardened to 60+ HRC. The handle is made from purple linen micarta* featuring a copper/stainless/brass mosaic pin . The handle is framed by a white G10 liner.

*Linen Micarta is a high-pressure composite material made by layering fine-weave linen cloth impregnated with a synthetic resin and curing it under intense heat and pressure

For best edge retention use with a wooden, bamboo, or plastic cutting board. (Do not use on glass, ceramic, or stone surfaces). Use a kitchen steel for daily edge maintenance. Take care of your blade and it will serve you well for life.
