Pink and Blue Curly Maple Chefs Knife

This bodacious design was crafted as a radical retro throwback to the 1980s.

This fresh 12.5” chefs knife has a 7.5” satin finished blade. Blade width is approximately 2 3/8”. Crafted of high carbon 1095 steel and hardened to 60+ HRC this blade can easily meet your kitchen needs. The handle is made from stabilized* pink and blue dyed curly maple. Blue G10 inserts angle across the grip to separate the pink and blue maple scales. Blue and pink G10 pins cap off this totally righteous theme.

*Stabilized wood is wood that has been processed to improve its stability and durability by impregnating it with a resin or polymer. Dye is often introduced adding beautiful coloration to supplement the natural grain and patterns.

For best edge retention use with a wooden, bamboo, or plastic cutting board. (Do not use on glass, ceramic, or stone surfaces). Use a kitchen steel for daily edge maintenance. Take care of your blade and it will serve you well for life.
