Green Curly Maple 12.5” Chefs Knife

12.5” chefs knife with 7.5” satin finished blade. Blade is crafted of high carbon 1095 steel and hardened to 60+ HRC. This blade can easily meet your kitchen needs. The handle is made from a finely grained stabilized* green dyed curly maple with fantastic striations. The handle is complemented with yellow and orange G10 pins and thick yellow G10 liners frame the handle.

*Stabilized wood is wood that has been processed to improve its stability and durability by impregnating it with a resin or polymer. Dye is often introduced adding beautiful coloration to supplement the natural grain and patterns.

For best edge retention use with a wooden, bamboo, or plastic cutting board. (Do not use on glass, ceramic, or stone surfaces). Use a kitchen steel for daily edge maintenance. Take care of your blade and it will serve you well for life.
