Dual wood Blue Box Elder and Blue Spalted Maple Burl 12” Chefs Knife

12.5” chefs knife with 7” satin finished blade. Crafted of high carbon 1095 steel and hardened to 60+ HRC this blade can easily meet your kitchen needs. This dual wood handle is comprised of stabilized* Blue dyed Box Elder and Blue dyed Spalted Maple Burl. The patterns of these two handle scales complement each other beautifully and bring to mind images of distant swirling galaxies. A trinity of brass, stainless, and black mosaic pins, sky blue G10 pins, and a royal blue G10 liners add detailing to the handle.

For best edge retention use with a wooden, bamboo, or plastic cutting board. (Do not use on glass, ceramic, or stone surfaces). Use a kitchen steel for daily edge maintenance. Take care of your blade and it will serve you well for life.
