Black Dyed Yellow Cedar 12.5” Chefs Knife
12.5” Chefs knife with 7.25” etched 1095 carbon steel blade with a satin finish. Blade width is approximately 2 3/8”. Handle is made of an amazing piece of stabilized and black dyed Yellow Cedar with white G10 liner and finished with a rose & stainless steel and brass mosaic pin and brass and stainless loveless bolts. The etching has brought out some lovely character on this blade.
For best edge retention use with a wooden, bamboo, or plastic cutting board. (Do not use on glass, ceramic, or stone surfaces). Use a kitchen steel for daily edge maintenance. Take care of your blade and it will serve you well for life.
